The Brand.

Susan Venn is a highly reputable interior design company based in Surrey who believe in the power of great design to transform the way you live. They design carefully considered, luxurious family homes, rooted in comfort and practicality. Leaning into their clients specific needs to help distil style into homes to make each project completely unique.

The Objective.

With their client feedback on their site centred around poor user experience with difficulty navigating and gleaning the information they were searching for, it was time for a web overhaul. The aim, to create a site that used the design principles for a harmonious, user friendly experience whilst looking as stylish as their interiors.

The Action.

To create an enjoyable user experience that displayed the impressive and stunning range of visual work, we curated a neutral, elevated colour palette that would compliment and frame the striking imagery of their interiors, alongside two classically beautiful typefaces to pair with their luxury-centred, but straight talking, and friendly copywriting. Utilising this visual language within a strict and grid system ensured a cohesive and digestible layout for optimal navigation and content digestion, a site to be proud of.

The Result.

The new website has been a great success, and the achievements of this have permeated to improve the SEO campaign as a result. Following the launch, there were noticeable improvements in the overall aesthetic and feel of the site, supplemented in great improvements of usability and performance speeds. The layout refresh has given the Susan Venn site a rejuvenated feel, which has boosted user engagement and decreased the bounce rate percentages over time. 

The Objective.

Susan Venn came to us as she wanted to improve her online visibility for her website in different areas across Surrey and Sussex. For this, we suggested an SEO strategy as we could utilise location specific landing pages to hone in and drill down into the required areas to raise organic search traffic and increase conversions as a result. The main obstacle was selecting a variety of areas which match with a varied search volume to make sure that we achieve maximum impact from our work. This involved a deep research phase into what users were searching for each area and careful planning surrounding the landing pages.

The Action.

We created 10 separate landing pages for the client, each tailored specifically towards their area of interest. Following this, we produced bespoke recommendations for each page to optimise the site for the regions and then worked continuously on nurturing the pages through link building and monitoring.

The Result.

We have had huge success with ranking the client since the campaign launch. Susan Venn is currently holding the top position on the search engine results page for the Guildford region and she is top 3 for the majority of her other terms. This has resulted in an increase in organic search traffic leading to a rise in conversions.
