They are specialists in the creation of memorable experiences with themed events, dazzling entertainment, gourmet dining, and vibrant atmospheres. Whether it’s shared or exclusive corporate parties, they provide a unique and interactive celebration featuring everything from acrobatics to pop-up casinos.

The Objective.

Best Parties Ever came to us with the goal to really transform their social media presence. As a company that relies heavily on having a great digital presence to stand out from competitors, we knew that our design department had to create something that really went above and beyond.

The Action.

Our designers focused on creating visually striking and cohesive designs that could be carried out across all social media platforms. We developed a vibrant, colourful, bold and fresh look that showcased the excitement around the Christmas parties, as well as capturing the theatrical nature and beauty of the event. By creating dynamic designs, we were also able to optimise these for Instagram stories and Facebook advertisements.

The Result.

From a design perspective, our refreshed approach helped to significantly boost the overall look and feel of our client’s social presence. The design gave the brand a more noticeable and professional look and feel, whilst still capturing the energy of the Christmas parties and spirit of the holiday season. Using high-quality video and imagery made the social feed a lot more visually engaging, allowing us to grab the attention of both new and existing followers.

The Objective.

TikTok really has become the way to reach audiences, and we have helped Best Parties Ever to expand theirs, through the distribution of entertaining and relatable content. With the objective in mind to increase brand awareness and grow a community of engaged audiences we opted for an organic TikTok strategy by switching up Best Parties Ever’s content with relatable and entertaining TikTok’s to establish itself as a trailblazing brand amongst today’s audiences on social media.

The Action.

Using a trending audio we crafted a scenario that viewers could relate to during the festive party season. Using songs or activities that are trending and creating on-brand versions will not only increase visibility, but it will also position the brand as relatable and down to earth. Audiences like supporting brands they can connect with and relate to. It is important to create a personable and authentic brand image on TikTok, appealing to users who we know seek authenticity and connection.

 

This style of content is a means to still create the valuable content audiences are looking for while showcasing the offerings and experiences of the brand in an authentic and non fabricated way. Since accounts with just a few followers can bring in millions of views on a great video and the growth potential brands have on TikTok, this was the strategy we opted for to generate impact and reap in the success of the campaign. With this style of content being is an extremely effective way for a brand to champion authenticity, creativity, and emotion in influencing it’s audience and convert them into customers, our intention was also to encourage community building, which can result in increased loyalty and advocacy.

The Result.

Best Parties Ever saw tremendous success on organic social , with one video in particular going viral on the platform and generating over 1.2 million organic video views. They saw increased interaction on the platform as a whole and a high level of engagement on the each of the individual videos themselves, with the ratio of views to post likes, sends, shares, and comments operating at an exceptional rate. The account grew as a result, seeing a rise in followers due to increased visibility across the platform and exposure to wider audiences. All of this was achieved by having a bit more fun with content creation and obtaining the flexibility of not being afraid to try new and occasionally playful strategies.

 

Providing excellent content that people could relate to and wanted to see more of, proved to be a successful strategy for creating shareable content that helped to generate further reach and brand awareness of the Best Parties Ever name. Audiences on TikTok audience look for brands and creators who are willing to showcase the true side of who they are and what they do. Being more cavalier with the subject matter as opposed to taking a more considered and polished approach, allowed Best Parties Ever to engage with audiences on a level they could relate to and positioned Best Parties Ever as more genuine and attentive to the requirements of both audiences and potential customers.

The Objective.

The main obstacle was ensuring that we selected the best location areas to target and that we created a strategy that was streamlined and better than their core competitors. Due to the large volume of the site and the landing pages, it was key to consider the URL mapping process carefully and diligently.

The Action.

For the 30 term campaign, we attributed a location specific keyword to each location and then the remaining terms were generalised queries within the industry which we used to target the homepage and new landing pages we made. Following our optimisations, we exercised continuous monitoring as well as a tailored link building approach.

The Result.

We had fantastic results for the campaign, the new site that we built responded well to the actions made and we had 61 positive ranking movements within the first week of launch. Their organic search traffic currently now accommodates for just over 50% of their monthly traffic, aiding in producing ample and consistent revenue rates.
